Firstly the maps show that this location is somewhere behind by Macy's but in fact its NEXT TO KOHL's so don't drive around in circles looking for it which is what I did. The area was in need of a good basic ramen and this place lives up to it. A solid ramen, great service, nice atmosphere. I learned while we were there during grand opening that the chef studied the process of making ramen in Japan and Singapore. The noodles are made fresh and come with a thick option as well as a thin option. Broth is hearty, ingredients are delish and of course the egg is well cooked!

Omg San Leandro finally got a bomb a** place for ramen. Super stoked when I saw this omg my way to Jamba Juice. It was their soft opening. I walked in and was greeted with a smile from all the staff!
The waiter gave us two pieces of paper and we get to choose how and what we want to put in our ramen. We chose tonkotsu ramen and gyoza for our appetizer.
Usually when I try new places, I like to try everything that's recommended. Definitely it's hands down one of the best ramen I've tasted in the Bay Area !
I'll definitely be coming back and try the other 3 choices they offered.
