Angry Ramen is located next to Jamba Juice in front of Kohl's at Bayfair Mall in San Leandro.

I stumbled across this place on Yelp.  It had only been open for one day, and since today was it's second day of business, I decided to check it out.

The place is spacious and clean.  The staff were attentive and courteous as they explained the menu while serving you a carafe of water.  After a quick look, I chose the Black Garlic Tonkotsu.

You can see the Ramen being made if you sit at the counter.  Since everything was made fresh, there was a little wait.  But the wait was well worth it.

The Noodles were fresh, and the Broth was flavorful.  The Soft Boiled Egg was on point.  I'll definitely need to make a return visit to sample more of their menu, including their appetizers.  Worth a try.

This place is amazing!

Located at the Bayfair mall next to Jamba Juice. The way this place is set up is they give you a menu with boxes to check for preferences (i.e. how salty do you want your broth? more garlic? how firm do you want your noodles?) - which is really great because you can adjust your ramen to your liking.

I ordered the Black Garlic Tonkatsu with firm noodles, all the fixings and corn. It was sooooooo good! You can really taste the quality in the noodles. We also ordered the Gyoza. It has a crispy layer on top that you break off. A really nice variation of textures with each bite. Yum!

My girlfriend who has been to Ramen Nagi before stated that it is very similar. It's definitely worth trying.
