Angry Ramen specializes in traditional Japanese Tonkotsu (豚骨, “pork bone”) ramen broth. Our broth is freshly made from scratch, and slow simmered for over 12 hours. Using our secret blend of spices and vegetables, we ensure the perfect balance of flavor that can only come from hours of slow cooking.
We use fresh, all-natural, locally sourced ingredients such as: garlic from Gilroy, and vegetables from throughout California's central valley. All of our pork is antibiotic free and also from local ranches within a short distance from the Bay Area.
Our noodles are made in house daily. We serve two different type of noodles: Hakata (a thin and delicate egg based noodle) and Sapporo (a thicker wheat based noodle). Using our delicious broths and fresh-from-scratch noodles is just the beginning.
Our menu provides a variety of ways to customize your bowl and make your meal truly unique. Additionally we also provide unique menu variations, such as our Shio Chicken Ramen, with a special chicken based broth that is simmered for up to 8 hours and topped with tender and juicy all natural chicken breast.
